With Valentine’s Day coming up we are once again promoting the Valentine or Lovers series by Raymond Peynet. Born in Paris in 1908, Peyney created a couple of lovers in 1942. Represented on many mediums over time, our collection consists of prints with stamps postmarked on Valentine’s Day 1985 in St. Valentin, France.
